Ola Sandstad serves as Interim CEO of Elliptic Labs, bringing extensive experience in product leadership, technology strategy, and commercial execution. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was Senior VP of Product Development, where he led global product strategy and scaled the company’s engineering and product organization, driving successful deployments with leading OEM customers across multiple verticals. Before joining Elliptic Labs, Sandstad was Director of Product Line Management at NAGRA, where he led international product initiatives in advanced digital security and media technology solutions. He has held several commercial and technical leadership roles throughout his career, delivering complex, high-volume products to global markets. Sandstad holds a Master of Science in Electronics and Signal Processing from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).

Brian Daly oversees sales, partnership development, and business strategy at Elliptic Labs. He has over 25 years of VP experience in the wireless communications industry, having served in companies such as Skyworks Solutions, Synaptics,  Atmel (acquired by Microchip), and Goodix.  Daly has a BSEE from University of California, San Diego and a MSEE from California State University, Northridge.

Øystein Grimstad is a product leader with more than 20 years of experience in product strategy and technology leadership. He has held senior product roles at Huddly, Cisco Systems, and Seevia, leading global teams and scaling advanced video and AI-driven technology portfolios. Grimstad holds an M.Sc. in Information and Communication Technology from the University of Agder (UiA).

Tobias Borén is a technology leader with more than a decade of experience in software development and engineering management. He has held several leadership roles at Elliptic Labs, including Director of Software and Software Development Manager, leading cross-domain engineering teams and contributing to the development of the company’s core technology. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
