Elliptic Labs announces today preliminary revenues of NOK 42.3 million for the third quarter 2025 and an EBITDA of NOK 12.7 million. This represents a revenue increase of approximately 50% from the third quarter last year, when the company reported an EBITDA of NOK 0.5 million.
The company has decided to release the main figures early to avoid speculation tied to the recent leadership transition and has also decided to move the presentation of the results for the third quarter up by one week to 20 November.
The increase mainly reflects revenue recognition of milestone revenue related to the previously announced latest contract with Lenovo. As stated in the financial report and presentation for the second quarter 2025, the company expected to recognise the majority of the minimum commitment of NOK 55 million as revenue in the third quarter and the remainders in the fourth quarter.
