Elliptic Labs (Oslo: ELABS) today announced a correction to its previously published release regarding device launches in April 2026. The correct year-to-date number of smartphone launches is 29 (not 22 as previously stated). All other information remains unchanged.

Elliptic Labs (Oslo: ELABS) today announced the launch of 14 new device models in April, incorporating its Elliptic labs technology – comprising 7 smartphone models and 7 laptop/PC models – bringing year-to-date 2026 launches to 24 laptops and 29 smartphones. This compares to 23 laptops and 20 smartphones in the same period of 2025. The launches span four major chipset architectures, four OEM brands, and a wide range of price points from mass-market to flagship. Notably, four of the Lenovo IdeaPad models are among the first laptops in the market to ship on Intel's newly released chipset — positioning Elliptic Labs as a day-one partner on Intel's latest platform.

April's 14 launches reflect Elliptic Labs' core business: one software platform running on multiple partners' platforms, with each new shipping device leveraging already established technology and system design, generating royalty revenue at little incremental cost to the company.

Increased platform coverage
April deployments included Intel's newly released Core™ Series 3, marking Elliptic Labs' first commercial deployment on this platform and a key milestone in the companies' strategic partnership.  Deployments also spanned several major platforms, including Qualcomm Snapdragon’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, and Snapdragon 8 Elite, MediaTek’s Dimensity 6500 Elite, Dimensity 7300e, Dimensity 8400 Ultimate, and Dimensity 8500, along with Intel’s Core™ Ultra processors.

On the smartphone side, the month demonstrated robust engagement with leading OEMs. vivo launched three smartphone models featuring Elliptic Labs technology – including the Y600 Pro, T5 Pro, and iQOO Z11; Transsion brand Infinix rolled out the GT 50 Pro; and Honor launched three models, including the Honor 600 Pro and Honor 600 alongside the X80i. All seven smartphone models incorporate the AI Virtual Proximity Sensor INNER BEAUTY®, which replaces the traditional hardware proximity sensor with a software-only solution, allowing greater design freedom and reduced hardware complexity while maintaining full sensor functionality.

Lenovo led the laptop and PC segment with 7 models across its IdeaPad lines, significantly leveraging our partnership with Intel's new Core™ Series 3 processors. All models feature the AI Virtual Human Presence Sensor™, underscoring a strategic push toward advanced sensor solutions in computing.

These launches underscore a diverse deployment reflecting demand for Elliptic Labs' technology at every tier of the global consumer device market.
