Elliptic Labs (Oslo: ELABS) today announced the launch of 15 new device models in May incorporating its Elliptic Labs technology, comprising 8 laptop/PC models and 7 smartphone models – bringing year-to-date 2026 launches to 32 laptops and 36 smartphones, compared to 23 laptops and 24 smartphones in the same period of 2025. The May launches span three major chipset architectures and three OEM brands, covering both China and global markets across mass-market, mid-range, and flagship tiers.

Continued platform coverage
These deployments run across leading smartphone platforms from Qualcomm Snapdragon (7 Gen 4 and 7s Gen 4) and MediaTek (Dimensity 7100 Elite, Dimensity 7500 Turbo, and Dimensity 9500 Monster), as well as Intel Core™ Ultra processors powering the PC portfolio.

The models are launched across multiple OEM ecosystems. Vivo launched four devices spanning mid-range to flagship tiers under both its core vivo and iQOO sub-brands, while Honor launched three devices across its 600 series targeting global and China markets. All smartphone models feature the AI Virtual Proximity Sensor INNER BEAUTY®, a fully software-based solution replacing traditional hardware sensors.

Lenovo led the laptop and PC segment with 8 models on Intel Core™ Ultra processors, and spanning three sensor configurations:

  • The Xiaoxin Air 14, Yoga Air 14 Ultra Aura Edition, Yoga Air 14 Ultra Aura 2026 FIFA World Cup 26™, Yoga S7 14 Ultra FIFA World Cup 26™, and IdeaPad S5 14 FIFA World Cup 26™ feature the AI Virtual Human Presence Sensor™.
  • The Yoga 32 Ultra Aura Edition, ThinkPad X9-15 Gen 1 FIFA World Cup 26™, ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 14 FIFA World Cup 26™ Edition feature the AI Virtual Tap Sensor™.
  • The Yoga Air 14 Ultra Aura Edition, Yoga Air 14 Ultra Aura 2026 FIFA World Cup 26™ and Yoga S7 14 Ultra FIFA World Cup 26™ additionally run both sensors in a dual-sensor configuration.

Five of May's Lenovo launches are part of the official Lenovo FIFA World Cup 26™ Special Edition device collection, marketed globally in connection with the tournament. Elliptic Labs' AI Virtual sensor technology is embedded as part of this lineup, providing the company with significant consumer brand exposure tied to one of the most-watched sporting events in the world.

May's launches reflect continued broad-based demand for Elliptic Labs' platform across device tiers, OEM partners, and geographies. Combined with April's 14 launches, the first two months of Q2 2026 have delivered 29 new commercial deployments – tracking well ahead of the same period in 2025.
