Elliptic Laboratories ASA: Mandatory notification of trade of primary insider

Laila Danielsen, primary insider and CEO of the Elliptic Laboratories ASA, on 28 August 2025, has sold 2 000 000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 11.5287 per share Following the transaction Danielsen holds 2 374 150 shares in the Company, representing approximately 2.3% of the share capital. Danielsen also owns 1 060 000 share options.

The transaction has been carried out for tax planning purposes.
