Oslo, Norway — Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 23 February 2022 confirming the resolution by Oslo Børs to admit the shares of Elliptic Laboratories ASA ("Elliptic Labs" or the "Company") to trading on Oslo Børs (the "Listing").
The Company has prepared a prospectus in connection with the Listing, and the prospectus has today been approved by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway. The prospectus is available at www.ellipticlabs.com.
The first day of trading of the shares on Oslo Børs will be 4 March 2022. Consequently, the last day of trading of the shares on Euronext Growth is today, 3 March 2022. No new shares will be offered in connection with the Listing.
Wikborg Rein Advokatfirma AS has acted as legal advisor to the Company in connection with the Listing. Advokatfirmaet CLP DA and Deloitte AS have acted as the Company's legal and financial due diligence advisors respectively in connection with the Listing.
