The annual general meeting of Elliptic Laboratories ASA ("Elliptic Labs" or the "Company") was held today, 23 May 2022. The minutes from the meeting are attached to this notice and will be made available on the Company's website, www.ellipticlabs.com.
All items on the agenda were approved as proposed by the Company's board of directors, including the establishment of a nomination committee, and the election of Einar J. Greve and Thomas Raaschou, respectively, as chair and member of the committee.
