Oslo, Norway — Elliptic Labs (OSE: ELABS): Reference is made to the stock exchange notices by Elliptic Laboratories ASA ("Elliptic Labs" or the "Company") on 24 May 2024, regarding the share capital increases resolved by the Company's board of directors in connection with the exercise of options under the Company's share option program, and on 29 May 2024 regarding the registration of the new share capital following the first of two issuances of new shares.

The share capital increase pertaining to the second of two issuances of new shares has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:
