Following the Elliptic Labs decision to initiate a move to OSE main list Elliptic Labs auditor, PwC, has conducted a limited review of the accompanying consolidated statement of financial position as of 30 September 2021, the consolidated income statement, the statement of changes in equity, and the cash flow statement for the nine-month period then ended, and a summary of significant accounting policies and other explanatory notes in accordance with IAS 34 Interim Financial Reporting.
As according to with International Standard on Review Engagements 2410, Review of Interim Financial Information Performed by the Independent Auditor of the Entity, PwC has concluded that the accompanying consolidated interim financial information is presented fairly, in all material respects and the financial position of the entity as at 30 September 2021, and its financial performance and its cash flows for the nine-month period then ended is presented in accordance with IAS 34 Interim Financial Reporting.
