Oslo, Norway — Elliptic Labs (OSE: ELABS): Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on 24 November 2023 regarding exercise of options under the share option program of Elliptic Laboratories ASA ("Elliptic Labs" or the "Company").
 
Pursuant to the sales process conducted by a third party for the shares issued upon the exercise of share options, the primary insider Espen Klovning, EVP of Engineering, has today sold 110 490 shares at a price of NOK 16.54 per share.
